What data volumes can you handle?
We have handled data processing engagements ranging from tens of thousands to many millions of records. Our infrastructure and processes are designed to scale — we discuss volume, timelines, and resource requirements during the scoping phase.
How do you ensure data security during processing?
We operate under strict data governance protocols — data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is restricted to authorised personnel only, all activity is logged, and we can operate under NDA and data processing agreements customised to your requirements.
What input formats do you accept?
We work with virtually any structured or semi-structured format — CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, fixed-width text, legacy database exports, and scanned documents. If your data exists in an unusual proprietary format, we assess feasibility during the scoping phase.
What reconciliation documentation do you provide?
Every engagement concludes with a formal reconciliation report covering input record counts, output record counts, exception summaries, transformation statistics, and sign-off confirmation. This report is part of your delivery package.
Can you process data in regional Indian languages?
Yes. We have experience with Telugu, Hindi, and other regional language datasets — including proper Unicode handling, encoding conversion, and OCR for regional script documents. This is especially relevant for government and judicial data projects.
Can you work on-site at our premises?
Yes. For highly sensitive data that cannot leave your premises, we can deploy a team on-site with our tools and processes. This is an option we offer for government and banking clients with strict data residency requirements.
Can you prepare our data specifically for AI or machine learning use?
Yes. Beyond standard cleaning and validation, we can structure and label datasets specifically for model training — including class balancing, feature engineering support, and format conversion into the structures your data science team or AI vendor requires.
